Sometimes we can keep returning to the same old chapters which keeps us in a reoccurring loop of feeling the same emotional cycle within those pages…The book isn’t enjoyable anymore but we are stuck on that one page we can’t seem to get past.

Sometimes we just need to be brave enough to retire that book and start anew knowing that within the new story we choose there will be more opportunities, growth and joy!
